Programme Manager - FEMBA

岗位职责:

  1. 负责项目的日常运营及行政管理工作;
  2. 制定与实施市场招生策略、制定广告投放方案及预算;
  3. 负责客户关系建立及维护,能独立或陪同领导拜访客户,识别客户的培训需求并提供建议及方案;
  4. 策划开展项目活动,管理项目网络;
  5. 统筹教学管理工作,包括寻找师资、课程安排及课程质量评估、跟踪工作;

Programme Manager - MSc in Finance

Duties include:

1) Lead in FINest alumni initiatives;
2) Lead in marketing activities of the Program Office;
3) Lead EO & EA in full-time and part-time admissions, scholarship assessments, registry and graduation-related affairs. Work to identify productivity and quality improvement opportunities across these tasks;
4) Ensure accurate and timely delivery of Program Office requirements and initiatives under the guidance of Director and Executive Director;
5) Produce and manage circulation of English-Language Academic reports per SME request (e.g. AACSB Report, AoL Report, External Reviewer Feedback Report, etc.) for Executive Director review;
6) Serve as Course Coordinator for FIN6108 in fall term;
7) Coordinate with other SFI program offices and CUHK offices on ad-hoc admissions/graduations activities (admissions, graduation ceremonies, opening ceremonies, etc.)


Applicants should have:

1) A master degree or above in Finance/Mathematics/Communication Studies or related field from top universities;
2) Experienced at management level, preferably in a higher education institution or public organization;
3) Possess basic skills/knowledge in Finance field;
4) At least 5 years working experience, preferably in Top 500 Companies and own financial practical experience;
5) Knowledge of SEO method for program online marketing;
6) Developing experience in web-based platforms and Wechat program;
7) Experience in organizing large-scale offline events, as well as crisis management capabilities;
