个人简介

刘庄于2016年9月加入香港中文大学(深圳)经管学院,为法学和经济学助理教授。他在北京大学获得法学学士和博士学位,在美国芝加哥大学获得法律科学博士学位,方向为法律经济学。他的学术兴趣在于使用实证方法研究各种法律和监管现象。

在从事学术研究前,刘庄曾在北京市朝阳区团委工作。博士期间,他曾在芝加哥大学讲授中国法,在北京大学、上海财经大学讲授法律经济学和实证法律经济学课程。
