The Center for FinTech and Social Finance is deeply engaged in the field of human resource data, remote sensing satellite data, and other big data and financial technology areas. It is committed to the research of sustainable finance, exploring the construction of various resource platforms, and promoting the innovation and development of financial technology in various social finance aspects such as inclusive finance and social impact investment.
The Center aims to combine the three innovative concepts of financial innovation, social innovation and scientific and technological innovation, promote the theoretical and empirical research development of financial technology and social finance, and provide academic support and services for technological innovation and policy formulation of financial institutions and government.
The Director of this center is Professor Zhang Bohui, who is now Executive Dean of School of Management and Economics, CUHK-Shenzhen, and Presidential Chair Professor. His main research areas include FinTech and sustainable finance.
