SME, CUHK-Shenzhen Officially Releases the 2025 Employment Quality Report for SFI Full-time Master’s Graduates

In June 2026, the School of Management and Economics (SME), The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Shenzhen (CUHK-Shenzhen) officially released the 2025 Employment Quality Report for SFI Full-time Master’s Graduates. Facing multiple challenges brought by the complex and severe international situation, fluctuations and adjustments in capital markets, and rapid technological iteration, the full-time Master’s graduates of the Class of 2025 actively adapted to industry development trends. With their solid professional foundation, rich practical experience, and prospective and flexible career planning, they achieved high-quality and stable employment, maintaining the overall employment rate at a high level.

There are 511 full-time Master’s graduates of the Class of 2025, covering six full-time Master’s programs, with an overall employment rate reaching 97.8%. Among them, 93.3% of the graduates chose direct employment, mainly concentrated in technology and internet, finance, manufacturing, and comprehensive enterprises; the average annual salary is 305,000 RMB, with the highest annual salary reaching 904,000 RMB; the employment locations of graduates are widely distributed, with over 70% of graduates choosing first-tier cities for development, among which more than 50% chose to work in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. 3.1% of the graduates chose to pursue further studies, among whom 15 individuals will go to renowned domestic and overseas universities to pursue doctoral degrees.
