Biography

Yakun Wang received PhD in Accountancy and MBA in Finance from Baruch College, City University of New York. His research interests include Financial Information Dissemination, Media, Social Network and Individual Investors. Prior to joining CUHK-Shenzhen, he worked at New York University – Shanghai and Southwestern University of Finance and Economics. He has served as the Area Coordinator of BBA of Professional Accountancy program at School of Management and Economics, CUHKSZ since 2017. He is currently the Vice President (Membership) of the Chinese Accounting Professors' Association of North America (CAPANA).
