Alumni Homecoming Day: SFI Events
On March 16, 2024, at The Chinese University of Hong Kong Shenzhen (CUHK-Shenzhen), we welcomed more than 200 alumni to the Shenzhen Finance Institute (SFI) to take the WeChat Moments snap and exchange views. Here we would like to thank alumni from all over the world with smiling faces and joyful greetings for coming and embarking on this wonderful homecoming trip together with us.
On the homecoming day for alumni of the MSc in Finance, about 20 professors/industrial mentors and 110 alumni attended the event. Teachers and students talked freely in the joy of reunion. They have devoted themselves to the same destination even though they are thousands of miles apart in life. We look forward to meeting you all again in the near future.
Alumni of the MSc in Economics from all over the country gathered with their former mentors and friends on the homecoming day to rekindle the teacher-student affection and celebrate the 10th anniversary of The CUHK-Shenzhen together. Every corner here can be evocative of memories, and everyone can look back on their youth with nostalgia. May alumni have a promising future. The best is yet to come. We look forward to our next gathering!
Alumni of the MSc in Data Science returned to campus and fully communicated with their fellow students on challenges and opportunities in the industry as well as relevant career development suggestions.
To welcome alumni home, the MSc in Marketing specially planned a reception for returning alumni in Room 203, Administration Building West Wing. The project team set up several exclusive activities for them such as on-site photo printing and handbook DIYs. Alumni looked through the old photos, froze the beautiful moments in their handbooks, and recalled the friendship between classmates in narrative words amidst the harmonious and warm atmosphere.
The MSc in Business Management (MBM) organized a parent-child activity called “Sparkle with Love - Creative Sand Art Candle Workshop.” MBM alumni and their relatives and friends combined their great imagination and innovation to make creative sand art candles with love and infinite best wishes by themselves for the collective celebration of the 10th anniversary of The CUHK-Shenzhen!
