SFI-CDC | Signing Ceremony between SFI and Collaborating Enterprise

In order to deepen the cooperation between Shenzhen Finance Institute (SFI), The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Shenzhen (CUHK-Shenzhen) and enterprises from different industries, continuously meet the needs of employers for outstanding talents, expand internship and employment channels for students at school, and further explore new models of school-enterprise cooperation, SFI once again signed school-enterprise cooperation agreements with 19 enterprises and held a grand school-enterprise cooperation signing and internship base awarding ceremony on March 22, 2024.

The contracted enterprises in 2024 included Baidu, Procter & Gamble, Deloitte China, Dacheng Fund, GF Securities, GF Fund, JD.com, Kuaishou, L’Oreal, Ping An Bank, Shenwan Hongyuan Securities, Frontier Asset, Industrial Securities, Aegon-Industrial Fund, X Asset Management, China Merchants Bank, CMB Wealth Management, ZhenFund, and Zhong Ou AMC (in alphabetical order by their Chinese name). Among them, 16 had representatives present at the ceremony.

Professor Ai Chunrong, Associate Director of the SFI, delivered a speech. Professor Ai detailed the development history and achievements of CUHK-Shenzhen during the past decade and introduced its six existing majors, as well as the ideas for cultivating nearly 600 master’s students every year and the characteristics of students. He noted that many outstanding graduates have achieved outstanding results in various sectors, which are inseparable from the support and training of the enterprises present.
Looking forward to the future, SFI hopes to explore new models of school-enterprise cooperation with enterprises, give full play to the advantages and resources of both parties, and continue to deepen strategic cooperation in student employment and internship, talent cultivation, curriculum co-building, and scientific research.
In the next on-site signing and awarding ceremony, representatives from enterprises came onstage to sign the School-Enterprise Cooperation Agreement, followed by the internship base plaque awarding by Dean Ai Chunrong for enterprises.
