Days ago, the Graduation Gala for the 2024 Master Graduates of Shenzhen Finance Institute (SFI) of The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Shenzhen (CUHK-Shenzhen) was successfully held. Graduates from six MSc programmes, namely MSc in Finance (including part-time programme), Economics, Accounting, Data Science, Marketing, and Information Management and Business Analytics (IMBA), celebrated the important moment in their life witnessed by their professors and teachers!

Guests attending the graduation gala included Professor Ai Chunrong, Associate Dean of the School of Management and Economics (SME), CUHK-Shenzhen and Associate Director of SFI; Mr. Chen Wenhu and Ms. Hsu Shirley, industrial mentors of the MSc in Finance, SFI; Professor Chen Qihui, Director of MSc Programme in Economics; Professor Liu Bin; Professor Cao Yue; Professor Fang Yue; Professor Tsang Wai Pong (Wilburn), Executive Director of MSc in Accounting programme; Professor Chiu Peng Chia; Professor Wang Xiaoqiao; Professor Zhao Jianliang (Leon), Director of MSc Programme in Information Management and Business Analytics (IM Concentration); Professor Wang Jingqi, Director of MSc Programme in Information Management and Business Analytics (BA Concentration) and Associate Dean of Graduate School; Professor Jiang Zhengrui (Jeffrey), Co-Director of MSc in Data Science; Professor Yang Li, Assistant Professor of MSc in Marketing; Professor Jin Yoonho; and Professor Ren Qitian.

Professor Ai Chunrong, Associate Director of SFI, delivered a speech at the gala, and Professor Xiong Wei, Academic Director of SFI, sent his special message to the students through a video. The Special Gifts and Outstanding Graduate Awards were also presented.

Following the subsequent wonderful performance and lucky draw sessions, the gala ended successfully with a chorus of “Be Your Own Light.”
