MBM Programme of CUHK-Shenzhen Listed for “Team Agility” by Harvard Business Review

On December 19, 2024, the Chinese version of Harvard Business Review announced the highly anticipated 2024 China New Growth Annual Lists, including “Pioneering Figure,” “New Quality Productive Forces Evolution,” “Technology Leadership,” “Team Agility,” “Digital Operator,” and “ESG Innovator.” The Master of Science in Business Management (MBM) of The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Shenzhen (CUHK-Shenzhen) was on the list of 2024 China New Growth · Team Agility as the only honorable university program, which not only highlights its outstanding contribution to management education but also reflects its innovative leadership in the Chinese business environment.

The list of “2024 China New Growth Agile · Team Agility” aims to recognize teams or companies that demonstrate agility, efficiency, and resilience in complicated growth cycles. It focuses on value creation, innovation rate, collaborative efficiency, and talent attractiveness of the teams who need to come up with innovative and efficient countermeasures amid rapidly changing economic and industrial climates to respond flexibly to complex and changing business environments and challenges.

Since its establishment in 2019, the MBM Programme of CUHK-Shenzhen has upheld the guiding philosophy of “making entrepreneurs better understand management and capitals better understand industry” in its curriculum development, pioneering a new model of business management education. Through the three modules, namely, innovation and entrepreneurship management, investment management, and comprehensive management, the MBM Programme closely combines theoretical learning and practical application, cultivates management talents with macro vision, innovative thinking, and strategic decision-making abilities, and effectively promotes individual growth of graduates while demonstrating the outstanding achievements of CUHK-Shenzhen and itself in academic innovation.
