In August, alumni of Shenzhen Finance Institute and alumni of the School of Economics and Management gathered joyfully in the summer in Guangzhou, sharing the friendship of the school while enjoying the melodious music.
In the opening session, the college leaders and the teachers in charge of alumni affairs delivered passionate speeches. They briefly reviewed the development of the college in recent years, warmly welcomed the arrival of the alumni and proposed that the college would continue to establish effective links for the alumni by holding various activities, "linking resources, linking opportunities and linking contacts", helping the alumni "broaden their horizons, solve problems and make friends", and "give a leg up and see them through" after the alumni left the campus.
A series of ice-breaking games rapidly warmed up the atmosphere at the scene, and the alumni shortened the distance between each other in laughter and joy. Several outstanding alumni shared their life experiences and career experiences. Their sharing inspired everyone present and also demonstrated the diversity and vitality of the alumni group.
Everyone raised their glasses and chatted freely about the past and the future. The atmosphere was warm and lively. The concert pushed the gathering to a climax. Classic melodies intertwined with songs requested by the alumni. The alumni either stood or sat, continuing the unfinished topics, sharing their work and life experiences, and discussing the future development directions.
The successful holding of this alumni gathering not only allowed the alumni to relive the campus days but also made them feel the care and support of the college for the alumni. We look forward to more alumni participating in the subsequent activities, growing and progressing together, and jointly writing more wonderful chapters.
