In August 2024, alumni of The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Shenzhen and Shenzhen Finance Institute who are working in the banking industry held an exchange activity under the theme of "Breaking Ground: The Initial Exploration of Newcomers in the Banking Workplace" at Shenzhen Finance Institute.

Alumni from different employment banks gathered together and conducted wonderful workplace sharing and industry exchanges. The alumni had in-depth exchanges and discussions on issues such as precautions for entering the banking workplace for the first time, how to enhance the comprehensive ability of bankers, business-related issues, the impact of the current economy on the banking industry, and the development trend of the banking industry, achieving information exchange and network expansion in the industry. At the same time, they also relived the friendship of their classmates and shared warm and valuable moments.
