In today’s era, as AI sweeps across all industries, corporate management and strategic decision-making are undergoing profound intelligent transformation. Professor Jiang Han from the School of Management and Economics (SME), The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Shenzhen (CUHK-Shenzhen), closely integrates machine learning algorithms with corporate governance research from an interdisciplinary perspective and pioneers a study on identifying CEOs’ political inclinations based on voice and text data. The study breaks through the limitations of traditional reliance on questionnaires or public statements, providing a new tool for corporate strategic decision-making and risk early-warning.
