Shenzhen Finance Institute
The Shenzhen Finance Institute (SFI) is a high-level educational research institution established with the support of the Shenzhen Municipal Committee and Government, leveraging resources from The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Shenzhen. It aims to serve national strategies“ Belt and Road" Initiative, promote cooperation between Guangdong, Hong Kong, and Shenzhen, and support the economic and social development of the Shenzhen area. Additionally, the institute responds to global academic and industry expectations for a research exchange platform that combines "international perspectives with deep Chinese insights."
The Shenzhen Finance Institute is committed to building an innovative and top-notch talent cultivation base with considerable international influence in the fields of finance and economics, an international high-level research platform, an international high-end academic exchange platform, and a high-end decision-making think tank. 01 Cultivating Innovative and Top-notch Talents
SFI conducts degree education programs in the fields of economics, finance, and management relying on The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Shenzhen.
02 Undertaking the Function of a Financial Think Tank
Focusing on researching frontier issues in the fields of economics and finance, and undertaking relevant government research projects. Currently, 10 research centers have been established.
03 Establishing an International Exchange Platform
Regularly holding international academic conferences; jointly creating an academic exchange platform VoxChina.org, focusing on hot issues in the fields of global economics and finance, which is aiming to tell Chinese stories in a language understandable to the world.
04 Collaborating with Various Cooperative Institutions
Carrying out various forms of exchanges and cooperation with government, enterprise, and financial institutions to promote the progress of the industry and drive social development.
