一、简介 Introduction

ESG投资在全球范围内日益受到重视，成为资产管理机构的重要战略方向。联合国指出，提高经济增长速度将为可持续发展目标带来新的经济机会。中国在ESG投资方面也取得了显著进展，商业银行和金融机构积极参与ESG实践，推动信息披露和评估模型的完善。企业层面，越来越多的公司将ESG理念纳入财务指标，财务状况显著提升。未来，中国将在ESG投资领域占据重要市场份额，推动全球可持续发展的新常态。香港中文大学（深圳）高等金融研究院和华夏理财有限责任公司于2025年2月联合发布英文版《2024年度中国资管行业ESG投资发展研究报告》，本报告结合对中国资管行业的调研问卷和专业ESG公募基金经理人的访谈，提供对行业实践的深度洞察。

ESG investment is increasingly gaining attention worldwide and has become a crucial strategic direction for asset management institutions. The United Nations has indicated that enhancing economic growth rates will bring new economic opportunities for sustainable development goals. China has made significant progress in ESG investment, with commercial banks and financial institutions actively participating in ESG practices, promoting the improvement of information disclosure and assessment models. In addition, more companies are incorporating ESG principles into their financial metrics, leading to notable improvements in financial conditions. In the future, China is expected to hold a significant market share in the ESG investment sector, driving the new norm of global sustainable development. In February 2025, Shenzhen Finance Institute, the Chinese University of Hong Kong, Shenzhen and Huaxia Wealth Management Co., Ltd. jointly published the English version of the "2024 Annual Report on ESG Investing in China's Asset Management Industry". This report provides in-depth insights into industry practices based on surveys of China's asset management industry and interviews with professional ESG public fund managers.

本科毕业于清华大学，于香港科技大学和新加坡南洋理工大学分别获得硕士和博士学位，曾任澳大利亚新南威尔士大学商学院教授、国际金融中心副主任。研究领域包括金融科技、可持续金融、中外资本市场。研究成果发表于Review of Financial Studies、Journal of Financial Economics、 Journal of Accounting Research、Management Science、 Journal of Financial Quantitative and Analysis、Journal of International Business Studies. Review of Finance等国际顶尖学术期刊。

Zhang Bohui

Executive Dean of School of Management and Economics, CUHK-Shenzhen; Presidential Chair Professor; Director of the Center for FinTech and Social Finance, Shenzhen Finance Institute; Associate Director of Shenzhen Institute of Data Economy

He received his bachelor's degree from Tsinghua University, master's degree from Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and Doctor's degree from Nanyang Technological University in Singapore. He used to be professor of the University of New South Wales and deputy director of the International Finance Center. His field of research involves fintech, sustainable finance, and Chinese and foreign capital markets. His papers have been accepted for publication in the global top-tier finance, accounting, and business journals such as the Review of Financial Studies, Journal of Financial Economics, Journal of Accounting Research, Management Science, Journal of Financial Quantitative and Analysis, Journal of International Business Studies, Review of Finance, Journal of Banking and Finance, Journal of Corporate Finance, Journal of Financial Markets, and Journal of International Money and Finance.

苑志宏

华夏理财有限责任公司董事长、经济学博士

历任华夏银行总行投资银行部副总经理，金融市场部副总经理，资产管理部副总经理、总经理，长期负责投资银行、金融市场和资产管理业务。现任中国保险资产管理业协会第二届副主任委员、中国银行业协会理财业务委员会第三届常务委员会委员、北京资产管理协会理事会理事、中国上市公司协会ESG专业委员会委员。

Yuan Zhihong

Chairman of Huaxia Wealth Management Co., Ltd； Ph.D. in Economics

He has successively served as Deputy General Manager of the Investment Banking Department, Deputy General Manager of the Financial Market Department, Deputy General Manager and General Manager of the Asset Management Department of Huaxia Bank, and has been responsible for the investment banking, financial market and asset management business for a long time. He is currently the second vice chairman of the Insurance Asset Management Association of China, a member of the third standing committee of the wealth management business committee of the China Banking Association, a member of the board of directors of the Beijing Asset Management Association, and a member of the ESG Professional Committee of the China Association of Public Companies.
